After much waiting and pushing from Jen, I was finally able to talk to someone from Chateau Royale to inquire about their wedding package.
It was just a short talk but really, I feel hesitant about them. Why, because they seem incompetent. Why?
1. When I called them initially to ask about their wedding package. This was about 2 months ago. Then the one who answered the fone said that their account executives are in a meeting and so she will just ask them to give me a return call.. No return call came. They did not even reply to my email!
2. I called them again and the one I talked to doesn't seem to know about ANY wedding package! I'm wondering if I was just talking to their maintainance guy who happen to take the call.
3. The one I talked to yesterday seems to know about their wedding package (Finally!). Our brief conversation was ok. In fact she seems friendlyl. However, she did not deliver her promise to send my an email about their package last night!
Hay! What should I do.. I really don't feel right about them but we need them because they are the closests to the church...

It's already my 3rd day doing yoga and I'm loving the effect. I noticed that my back is getting stronger. I feel that don't slouch as much as before. V also noticed the improvement in my posture! Wow! The effects are showing as early as now.. Today should be my day 3 but I feel that I just want to stay home to rest... Hmm... We'll see later. The class will start at 3pm anyways...

Last working day for the week and I am just so excited to get out of the office after all my tasks are done. I've got a lot lined up for the weekend and I am very excited to tick everything in my task list.
SATURDAY:
First: I will FINALLY enroll in the yoga class I've been eyeing since last month. This is one of my many attempts of losing weight. Good thing V said that my wellness project is part of the wedding budget so it's just soooo great! I can't wait to start. Hopefully on Monday. Yihii!!
Second: I want to get a manicure and pedicure. My nails need pampering badly. I think they deserve it for working very hard. 
Third: Accounting class with V. Also very excited on this one because I'm going to have a crash course in accounting. I really need it for work and this will probably be helpful when I decide to go back to school to take up MBA.
SUNDAY
First: Attend mass at The Feast.
Second: Anything goes. But maybe I'll buy some clothes for the yoga class.
WAIT... FAST REWIND TO NOW...
The mood here in the office is very cheerful. Why? We can load our data on Monday. So, we can go home early today!!! I hope cycles will be like this for always... After a year, I am no longer ranting about work -- at least not TODAY.
Mae, also bought Krispy Kreme Donuts for the team. Yummy!!
On top of that, it's payday friday! Yey!

After a year of hibernating this blog, I've decided to finally reopen this and start writing again. So much happened since I last wrote an entry here but I wouldn't be able to do a catch-up post because that would be insane!!!
I guess I'll just start again--beginning to what happened today. Well, what happened is I suddenly remember this when I was updating my FB profile. haha! So when I found out that this is still online, I read it and I really had a great time and laugh at my entries here! I couldn't believe I said them. So to protect myself from self-incrimination, I will not advertise this blog to my current officemates. Hihi! I dunno, maybe I'm just ashamed of my rants here and I am afraid I'll post some more ranting in the future so better not have them access this.
Oh well, I am feeling drowsy now.. I guess I'll continue this later.
By the way, I am adding a new category here which I will call "Tik-Tok to I Do" to chronicle my wedding prep thoughts and whatever!

Hay! It's a Saturday and I really had a good night sleep. I've been longing for the weekend because for two weeks straight, I was thinking of nothing but WORK WORK WORK!
The new work is really a challenge for me because it involves a lot of accounting stuff. Grabe! I nearly hated this subject in school--and now doing it for a living. What a joke! But at least I am no longer doing customer service. Hehe!
I have nothing against customer service job though. In fact, I think I am quite "good" at it. Haha! But the stress is really TOO MUCH--It offsets all the happy vibes leaving all worn-out at the end of the day, everyday! I don't know, but after doing it for over four years, I think I've had enough and I feel it's time for a new challenge.
Now, this. My latest stressor are the DEADLINES. I remember when I was in college, I would usually do my projects two days before submission because I really believed that I was doing my best when I have time pressure.. But I guess, it's not the same now.. I have to be really careful because the reports we are making are financial reports submitted to the Fed. Whew, I feel proud--and scared just thinking of it. Hehehe.
Now back to reality... It's really a difficult job and I've got a lot of learning to do. Evenso, I think I am starting to love it. Wow! I can't believe I was talking so about work just out from bed! Hay! Perhaps it's the effect of thinking about it too much.. Haha! I'd love to write some more but I really need to get going.. It's almost noon and I have not even started with the house or should I say room chores. Hehe. Mygrash! I think I feel lazy today...

i just woke up from my hibernation. why hibernate? well i had a really challenging weekday.it was my first time to do the qmemo report..it was really tough but it was fun coz i enjoyed the challenge! i never thought working till 4am could be enjoyable! as i've said, im starting to like my work. i already appreciate what im doing.. finally, i can say that i've move on.. for so long,ive held on to the memories of the past--my old teammates,my expertise on my old job and the great opportunities i left behind.i was really sad..but i refuse to admit that i regret my move--more of pride i think.. and besides,i have more personal reasons of leaving the old job.. it was difficult but it was what i wanted.. now,almost a year since i left,thinking about all that happened in my life makes me realize that all the difficulties were not in 4vain.. everything that happened were for a reason. life goes on. and change is always for the better. indeed, it is a person's obligation to find his destiny.. im starting to find mine.. and i'll only take what's good with me.

last night, i was awaken by an intense hunger pang.. so i got up, munched on raisin bread and turned on the tv... what was on that time were docu stuff, so i tuned in to myx.. there, they were showing michael jackson's videos...
AND MY! I WAS SOOOOO HOOKED!
before, i never gave a good 30 seconds to listen to his music... but last night, seeing him dance... the intensity of his performance and his voice, mygrash! where was i when he was belting this...
the amazing show was interrupted by the live telecast of his funeral...
i felt sad.. i mean really sad.. he was so alive in his videos but now he's dead. it was really unbelievable... like, someone like him should not be dead..
but we are all human and death is always a part of life..
too bad, i discover him just now... now that he's gone..
and yet, for sure, his music legacy shall live on...
rest in peace, michael jackson. thank you for your music.
